Dental Hygienist
-- Office Hours are Mon thru Thurs, 8 am - 6 pm --
We are looking for a Rock Star Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern and Fee For Service Dental office. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on maintaining healthy smiles, and support the overall efficiency of our dental practice. Your dedication to patient comfort and clinical excellence will help foster a positive environment for both patients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
- Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health.
- Take digital X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality during all interactions and recordkeeping.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Dental experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures, aseptic techniques, and sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients of all ages about their oral health needs.
Front Desk Coordinator

Join our privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice as a full-time Front Desk Team Member! We're looking for an outgoing, positive, and customer-focused individual who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is coachable, dependable, a true team player, and passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences from the moment someone walks through our doors. While dental or medical front office experience—and familiarity with Dentrix—is a plus, we're happy to train the right person with a bubbly personality and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet, create a great first impression and check patients in and out.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, answer questions and manage patient communications.
- Verify insurance, submit claims, process billing, collect payments, and manage accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate patient records, update insurance information and handle financial arrangements
- Monitor front office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Support daily front office operations and work closely with the clinical team.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and office policies.
Requirements
- Dental receptionist: 1 year experience.
- Dentrix: 1 year experience.
Dental Assistant

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available, adhering to infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Assist dentists during procedures including chairside assisting and capturing Xrays.
- Record vital signs, medical history, and other relevant medical documentation accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support clinical staff with tasks such as taking dental impressions, understanding dental terminology, and assisting with procedures in general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, or pediatric dentistry.
Requirements
- Experience in dental clinic environments with knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques.
- Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other medical imaging tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of medical records and documentation practices.
